Intellectual Property Rights

The photographs, descriptions and page designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

What we own

The photographs, copy and layout of this site are ours. Sharing a link is always fine; republishing a listing or reusing our images in a shop is not. Copying listings or using our images in your own shop is not, and we do check.

Permitted use

Personal use is unrestricted: browse, save, print. For reviews, one image per product with a link and a credit is acceptable. Anything beyond that — catalogue re-use, resale of images, wholesale copying of text — needs our written permission first.

Trademarks of others

Third-party names appear only where they are accurate — a payment provider, or a compatibility reference — and never imply a partnership that does not exist. Their presence does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

Reporting infringement

Rights holders can contact us with the page address, the material in question and evidence of the right claimed. We act on well-founded notices quickly, which in practice means removing or replacing the item while the claim is examined.

Material you send us

Reviews and comments

If you send a review, you keep the copyright in it and you give us permission to publish it on the product page and in our marketing. Editing is limited to trimming length and removing anything abusive or unlawful — the opinion itself is left as you wrote it.

Photographs you send

Photographs sent to us for a fault report or a sizing question are used only to answer that enquiry. If we would like to feature one publicly, we will ask you first and tell you where it would appear.

How we handle a complaint

What to include

Tell us where the material is, what it is, and why you say it is yours. Evidence of ownership — a registration, an original file with its metadata, a licence — lets us act immediately instead of writing back to ask.

What happens next

We acknowledge the notice, take the material down or replace it while we look into the claim, and tell you the outcome with reasons. If a notice turns out to be mistaken we restore the material and explain why.

Using our pages

Printing and saving

Saving or printing a page for yourself is fine. That permission covers you reading and comparing, not republishing or running the content through a translation service to build another listing.

Press and editorial use

Journalists and bloggers may use one product image per item with a credit and a link back to the page it came from. For anything larger, including a full lookbook or a paid placement, ask us and we will usually say yes in writing.

Where our material comes from

Photography

Every photograph on a product page is of the item we have here, shot and edited by us. No library images and no supplier renders are used to stand in for something we have not seen in person.

Written descriptions

Descriptions are written from the item rather than adapted from a supplier's sheet, so the same paragraph does not appear on ten other shops. A passage that clearly matches ours elsewhere is worth reporting to our contact address.
