We aim to answer within one business day and treat two as the outside limit. Weekend and holiday messages are answered on the next business day.
You will find our registered company name, address and email in the footer. Correspondence about orders should go by email so it reaches the people who can actually act on it.
Wholesale is not something we do at present. Journalists and reviewers are welcome to write with a deadline and a request; we can usually supply specifications and images quickly.
Include your order number, the item concerned, and what you would like us to do. If you are asking about an address change that has not taken effect yet, say so at the top; we read messages in order and an urgent line at the start gets handled first.
Where something has arrived damaged, send a wide shot and a close-up, plus a picture of the outer packaging if it was clearly mishandled. A photograph of the packaging helps if the parcel was crushed, and the carrier's label helps if the box was opened in transit.
Messages sent on a business day are normally answered within a few hours and always within one business day; two days is our outside limit. Messages that arrive overnight or at the weekend queue for the next weekday morning, and where an answer depends on a carrier response we confirm receipt immediately and follow up when it arrives.
Send a follow-up in the same thread and it reaches whoever already has your details. If two business days pass without an answer, assume something went wrong on our side rather than yours and nudge us — it is rare, and we would rather be told.
Our registered address is in the footer and is fine for formal correspondence, but please do not post returns there: returned parcels go to a different location and a letter will not reach the warehouse. For anything about an order, email gets a faster answer.
For editorial requests, tell us the outlet, the deadline and the assets you need and we will send what exists. Wholesale and affiliate enquiries are politely declined — there is no programme to join at the moment. We do not run affiliate or wholesale programmes at present, so there is nothing to sign up for.
