Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
Guest checkout is fine, and no account is created unless you ask for one. Orders are confirmed by email immediately, and a second email follows when the parcel is dispatched with its tracking number.
Orders leave within one to two business days and typically arrive within a week. Any import duty is set and collected by your own customs authority, and the carrier will ask for it before handing the parcel over. Import duties, where your country charges them, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns run for thirty days from delivery, unused and with tags attached. Refunds are issued within three business days of the parcel reaching us, and we pay the return postage when the fault is ours.
Every product page lists the materials and everything that arrives with it. Where a size matters, the listing states it; if a figure you need is not there, write to us and we will check the piece we hold.
Up to the moment an order is being packed, a change is just a message to us with the order number. Write to us with the order number as soon as you can; if the parcel has already left we will say so and point you at the returns process instead. Changes after dispatch are handled as a return: send the original back and order what you actually wanted. That is faster than waiting for a swap to travel in both directions.
An account is a convenience rather than a requirement: ordering as a guest works the same way. Guest checkout is the default, an account is optional, and having one changes neither the price nor the delivery estimate. It simply keeps your addresses and order history in one place.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The list narrows automatically for countries where a particular scheme cannot be processed, which is why a method you used before may not appear every time.
Your card details go to the payment provider, not to us — the form is theirs and the connection is encrypted. We see a result and the last four digits, and nothing more.
Expect dispatch within one to two business days, then roughly a week in transit, longer for outlying areas. Anything beyond that is usually customs rather than the carrier, and the tracking will show which.
Yes — the tracking number is emailed as the label is printed, so the first scan may take a few hours to appear. Give the carrier a few hours to register the first scan; if it stalls for five days, that is our cue to chase it, so let us know.
Write to our support address with the order number. We reply with a reference and, where the return is our fault, a prepaid label. Please wait for the reference before posting anything — it is what lets us match the parcel to your order.
Refunds are processed within three business days of receipt. Banks then take their own three to five days to display it, which is the part we have no control over.
Stock sits here, checked against its listing before anything is packed. Where a colour reads differently under different light we say so, and where a size runs small the listing says that too.
A listing that does not match what arrived is on us. Send a photograph and the order number, and we will arrange the return at our cost and refund or replace as you prefer.
Usually not. Occasional restocks do happen, and the honest answer is that we will not keep a listing up on the chance of one. If a particular item is coming back we would rather say nothing than promise a restock we cannot control.
